Herbivore Mother's Day Meal


An exciting vegetarian meal to celebrate Mother's Day (serves 4). Includes the following: 

Cumin Cheese Bunsairy raclette and local feta cheese puffs flavored with cumin and turmeric (gluten free - 6 buns).

Cauliflower Manchurian – Indo-Chinese specialty crispy cauliflower marinated in a soy tomato chili masala | lettuce leaves and pickled onions.

Heirloom Tomato Mango Salad - local tomatoes, Ataulfo mangoes, and radishes | mustard kari leaf olive oil dressing.

Spring Saag with Roasted Vegetablesspinach mustard green puree finished with ghee and cream, topped with roasted carrots, squash and pomegranate seeds | mango chutney.

Masala Mac ‘n Cheeselocally made fresh pasta, raclette, and goat cheese with butter paneer. 

Garlic Herb Brioche Loaf with Spiced Yogurtroasted garlic stuffed brioche loaf topped with herb olive oil masala | yogurt with cumin and black pepper.

Choice of Cookie Cake: Chocolate Cookie Cake (chocolate chili, cardamom shortbread and other cookies fused into a cake). OR Lemon Cookie Cake (lemon, cardamom, and almond shortbread cookie cake).
