FOCUS THIS WEEK: Ghee

We want to bring your attention to…ghee! That golden elixir that my grandparents ate their entire lives (yes, they lived to their eighties). They even deep fried in ghee. This week, our specials will be infused with ghee!

Ghee is a class of clarified butter that originated in ancient India. It is made by removing milk solids & water from butter. Very nourishing & a staple in Indian cuisine. Use it in place of butter or oil.
