Look out for a brand new Market Curry, my personal favorite, using local vegetables, spices & herbs. It will start as a light vegetable-broth-based curry during these hot summer months, to richer iterations as we move into winter. A new tangy Morning Salad with fresh greens and traditional Poha (rice flakes with roasted potatoes) at the Bake-Lab, where even today you can come in and try the crispy Cauliflower Manchurian, an Indo-Chinese delicacy!

The Slum-Dog will be back, bigger & better than ever, this one may help you forget the meat! For nostalgia with a twist, try our pickled PBJ with a spicy Indian vegetable pickle, house-made nut butter & jam at the Bake Lab. Every ABCD should relate to that! Oondhiya, a decadent vegetable curry iconic to Gujarat, made with flat green beans, eggplants, baby potatoes, fenugreek millet dumplings in a green masala sauce will be on the menu every Monday at the restaurant until the season ends. For dessert, try our new chocolate ganache tart with citrus & pomegranate seeds, a berry bar made with sprouted buckwheat, banana blueberry muffin with hemp hearts & SO much more.
