Fenugreek Spice Talk

Anita has been on a spice journey since she was a teenager. Some spices she learnt about the hard way (how ajwain turns a sickly grey while baking) and some became budding favorites (kalonji is a great companion to meat)…here is an evening where we zero in, dig deep into a particular spice, this time it will be fenugreek and show you how you can enjoy it in so many foods from breakfast to dessert.

Her talk will be informal and laid back, with small bites passed around for a taste of her explanations. Each one completely different from each other, no less delicious. Join us for a unique early evening!
