Study after study is proving that animal agriculture is the #1 cause of human made greenhouse gases. But more importantly, how does eating factory-farmed meat make us feel? Does it give us energy or depletes it? Why not eat foods that bring us life, vitality and energy…
I want to go back to cooking like my mom did way back in India…using meat as a flavor! This winter, our cooking classes will encompass cooking largely with vegetables, beans, lentils and grains using small portions of meats, sometimes organ meats, poultry, seafood and by-catch.
Let the sides be the showpieces for your holiday meals. Our take on exciting dishes filled with colorful vegetables and grains will transform your holiday season!
Limited to 12 students, each class will be a combination of hands on, personal & group instruction. $100 each includes ingredients & dinner for one. Gift certificates are available upon request.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for set up. All courses are held upstairs in our Bake Lab + Shop, directly above the restaurant. Free parking is available in the adjacent garage.
Please wear comfortable clothing & closed toed shoes. We will provide aprons.
