Pondicheri Bake Lab + Shop | Suite B240, directly above the restaurant
We will prepare masalas (spice blends) for three fundamental curry bases ~ and show you how to adapt them with different vegetables and meat. These preparations are based on intuitive seasonal cooking and not specific recipes.
Limited to 12 students, each class will be a combination of hands on, personal & group instruction. $100 each includes ingredients & dinner for one. Gift certificates are available upon request.
location & arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for set up. All courses are held upstairs in our Bake Lab + Shop, directly above the restaurant. Free parking is available in the adjacent garage.
Please wear comfortable clothing & closed toed shoes. You will be potentially working with hot pans, sharp knives, and food products that could stain, please consider this when choosing attire. We will provide aprons.
